Response to Zoned Out

So there's this film called "Zoned Out" that a local film-maker produced, with a lot of fearmongering about the land development code revisions being discussed by City Council and being worked on by staff. This is my response to a few of the claims made in the film (adapted from an email that I sent to a list). Quotes from the film are in bold.
